Design
Gold elephant parallel axis and the rectangular axis gearbox adopts new design, its unique innovation lies in:

Installation

• H/B gearbox can be installed in horizontal, vertical position.
• If the user put forward special requirements, can use other proper installation.
• Installation of motor with flange, gearbox and torsion swing base support device can order according to the requirements of customers.

Noise
Using the latest design concept, through the following ways to improve gear noise features:

• bevel gear grinding process;
• The computer simulation program, designed to absorb the noise enclosure structure;
• heavy use of tooth surface contact area than heavy (contact pattern area ratio).

Heat dissipation
JH/B gearbox not only has high transmission efficiency, but also has good heat dissipation performance, to ensure the transmission parts and seals have suitable working temperature, mainly through the following ways:

• increase body surface area
• using non-contact labyrinth sealing device.
• Big fan, adopt new diversion fan cover.
• choose gearbox according to the maximum allowable oil temperature of the lower (thermal power margin is large enough). In this way, can be due to the oil change period extended to enhance the operation reliability of the equipment, and reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment.

Supply

JH/B gearbox according to the principle of the unit structure of the modular design, greatly reduces the component types, thus making it possible to increase the main spare parts stock, ensure supply in the short time.
