In February 2010, Yeke was the first one in domestic using low pressure oxygen atmosphere sintering method to prepare ITO target whose density is higher than 99.5%.
In March 2011, Yeke successfully developed the largest single chip size of ITO target which is used in TFT - LCD industry (currently the maximum size is 500mmx600mm).In March 2013, Yeke was the first one in domestic using pressure oxygen atmosphere sintering method to prepare ITO target whose density is higher than 99.5%. Our products have passed the customers’ certification from United States, Sweden, Germany, France, Taiwan and domestic market.
