ISUZU 100P Road Sweeper

ISUZU road sweeper truck assembly with four sweeping brushes are mounted on left and right sides and a wide suction nozzle is mounted in the middle. It has a wide sweeping range and high sweeping efficiency. Sweeping brushes are equipped with automatic avoidance device. The truck is featured by centralized operating devices, constant space between suction nozzle and ground, etc. ISUZU road sweeper is widely used in sweeping city roads, highways, construction sites, overhead roads, bridges, squares, airports as well as docks with asphalt concrete and cement concrete road surface.

Road sweeper truck main charateristics:

1. High strength tailored tank body
Both of water tank and dustbin are made of 304 stainless steel materials. The water tank, with double stainless steel structure, is firm and durable and has strong corrosion resistance.
2. Low water level alarm system
A low water level sensing alarm system is equipped within the water tank. It will automatically give an alarm when there is no water in the tank, so as to prevent the water pump from being damaged due to water shortage;
3. High-performance hydraulic equipment
The truck selects and uses "imported hydraulic block". The hydraulic system is further optimized. As for the heat dissipation of hydraulic oil, water cooling system is equipped, which can fully guarantee the normal operation of the truck in the hot summer.
4. Perfect warning system
Bullet-type warning lights are installed at the rear part of the compartment and warning lights are installed on the top of the cab. These lights not only can avoid accidents, but also can improve work efficiency.
5. Automation control
Centralized electrical control box is used to control the truck and it can be controlled by one key in the cab, with high level of automation; a voice alarm device is equipped to accurately broadcast a variety of safety tips and failures; meanwhile, through working camera, optional GPS satellite positioning, reversing radar and other devices, operator can conduct real-time monitoring on the truck.
