Our facility offers a selection of shaping methods,mainly including dry pressed, cold isostatic pressed, hot pressed, to achieve specific requirement and practical applications. Besides, we have built the precision machining production line and possess on ours' own metallizating & electroplating lines. 

In the high voltage filed, isostatic pressed is extensively used at shaping process to obtain very dense ceramic body with superb mechanical strength,especially for some large-size metallized ceramic insulator.

All metallized ceramics we supply features the superb strong brazing characteristics due to our unique and special paints which are developed and produced in house workshop. After metallization, a thin metal coating will be applied to the metallized layer either using electroplating or electroless plating to improves its wettability. Both metallization and metal coating thickness are always measured using XRF technology to ensure it meets the specifications.

A: Exactly, we could design the customized molds, customized ceramic metallization formula and precision machine the ceramic body as per clients' specification and real samples.

A: Both brazing strength and gas tightness test every batch will be done before shipping, then using XRF technologh to examine the test result.

Q3.How to pack the finished metallized ceramic insulator？

A: Vacuum packaging with drying agent will be adopted for inner packaging to prevent the metallisation into oxidizing.

Q4. How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
A: After you place an order, the manufacturing time is about 25 working days.

Q5. What about the transportation and delivery date?

A: Normally we use Int`l express by our forwarder, or with client`s account number.  It is about 3~5 working days.
