Detail Description
QS is a professional company with over 20 years in designing and manufacturing stainless steel and other special equipment vessels, such as reactors, heat exchanger, tower, tank, cylinder, etc. Turn-key project can be perfectly completed here.
The factory covers an area of 40,000 m2 and its construction area is 20,000 m2. The area of workshop which is specially for the manufacture of stainless steel is 15,000 m2. And the factory has a special warehouse for stainless steel components, physical and chemical analysis lab, and NDE center.
QS manufacture license of pressure vessel category Ⅰ, Ⅱ in China and has passed the ISO9001-2008 and got the certification of ASME “U” stamp. It is also one of the biggest manufacturers of stainless steel pressure vessels in the south of China.
Have a staff around 200 members now, which including 30 technicians, and more than 50 certificated welders. The high quality personnel team assures the high quality of production.
Start the manufacture of non-standard pressure vessels since 1984, owning advanced equipments, such as plasma cutting machine, NC jet cutting machine, automatic polishing machine, TIG and MIG welding machine and Non-destruction （RT,UT,PT,MT）equipments.
Concentrate in the service of petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, beer brewing and pharmaceutical and so on, the product of GZQS is sold not only all around China, but also exported to South Asian, Middle East , Europe and America etc. Its products enjoy high remarks from customers at home and abroad.
It has a lasting cooperation with Andritz, BUHLER, AQUATECH, TOTAL, Vertex Favrication and Design, UPC chemical, ICI, Nippon Paint, Eternal Chemical, Kingboard Chemical, Pearlfield Chemical, Pepsi-Cola, Angel Yeast, Dan Bao Li, etc. by supplying thousands of tanks, reactors, heat exchangers and towers.
This kettle is made of 304 and carbon steel.
