Ingredients: natural yeast, sorbitan monostearate (E 491) andvitamin
It applies for bread with 5 to 25% sugar content and heavy saltand oil

Dosage: 0.8 to 1.2% of the flour
Uses: mix dry yeast with flour, other ingredientswell-proportioned, then add in water and stir
