  Mould Material   Usually material: 45#,40Cr,P20,2738,2316,718,NAK80,S136.   We usually recommend to use 718 steel, which passes through our harsh mould production testings. This material not only improves the operational life span, but also improves the glossiness of the plastic products injected from the mould and ensure that there is no burr of the injected products.     Mould Design Team   We have equipped with a experienced professional R&D team(15 people for high quality mould development. Our mould designers has 5 years rich mould design experience. We are able to do the comprehensive analysis of the structure of the mould and plastic product. The analysis includes:  draft, product surface short shot, runner systerm design, exhaust systerm design, coolant systerm design and so on. Those analysises issue will occure for many time and our designers will do the repidition test on those problems to ensure the stable and highest quality of the mould.
