The GR Series Ceramic Tile Infrared Burners are Sunsrays' most popular products. They are designed and produced for multi-purposes, such as powder coating, drying, food process, latex dipping industries, etc.

Manufacture process

1) Adopting the honeycomb porous ceramic plate as heating core components, and form a complete set of infrared gas igniter, electromagnetic valve, such as supporting the ignition equipment,
2) combustion mode is completely blends flameless combustion, the combustion  surface for plate type. In combustion with air completely blends, ensure complete combustion, so as to reduce emissions of pollutants; 
3) Burns through the radiation mode transfer about 70% energy into infrared, the infrared wave
