Working principle:
The big-sized material should be first crushed by crusher to the required size, and then sent by the elevator into the storage hopper from which the crushed materials are evenly and continuously conveyed by vibrating screen into the grinding chamber for powder processing. After that, the powder after the grinding process rises with the airflow of centrifugal blower and enters into the powder concentrator for separation. The qualified powder in line with the fineness standard will be carried by the air into the cyclone collector for screening and collection. The powder poured out by the discharging valve is the final product. The airflow enters into the centrifugal blower via the return air duct of cyclone collector, which makes the whole airflow system a closed recirculation under the condition of positive-negative pressure. Due to the increased inner temperature of the system and the coming of outside air, we add the eduction pipe at the outlet of centrifugal blower to adjust the airflow balance of the system. This pipe can discharge the superfluous airflow into the dust precipitator for filtering process, and then discharge the clean air so as to protect the environment.
