1. Description: Protein food processing line is the new extruder we specially designed for plant protein extrusion. It processes low temperature soya meal and peanut meal to meat-like food, it can be added into ham, sausage, can food, fast food and deepfreeze food for more taste.

3. Products: This line can be used to produce soya nuggets, TVP/TSP, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; Meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder

Inspection system:
All the spare parts are made in professional factory. The spare parts are tested by quality inspector before installing the machine. The finished extruder machine will be running for half day before delivery to guarantee the machine can run smoothly after installed in customers factory. All this strict inspection system are setted to guarantee the machine quality
Production:
Once the order is confirmed by our buyer, our expert team of designers design plant considering even minute details including the situation of the final place where the plant is going to be installed. Once the plant is designed perfectly and approved by design head, it is sent to production department and as per the approved design, production team start fabrication work and machining work to prepare machine body and various machines parts. Thereafter our trained and experienced workers assemble the machines under the able supervision of expert and qualified production engineers. Once machines are ready, extensive trials are undertaken to ensure optimum performance of the machines.
