IC Punching Machine with Six Punching Tools

Full Auto IC Punching Machine with Six Punching Tools is used to punch IC modules from IC stripe. It integrates functions of modules detection and punching, which make it can recognize the qualified and rejected modules, and collect them separately; qualified modules will be collected into the box under punching tools, while rejected modules will be remained on the IC stripe.

There are six punching tools to punch IC modules at the same time. They are divided into two group, one group of punching tools is in charge of three modules.

Material collection is realized by movement of collecting roll device, the motor makes it rolling after a certain steps which material has moved.
