Hydraulic system Stator Coil Middle Forming Machine is used for stator winding middle forming, it is mainly driven by the hydraulic system, controlled by industrial PLC. 5 pieces individual cylinder execute external wrapping, internal expansion, overhanging end forming. It is of fast tooling change and extensive compatiblity property.The enter and exit station is much convenient and safe for loading and unlaoding stator.

III. Machine main function and characteristic

1. This machine adopts whole hydraulic system and PCL program.

2. This machine could adjust the forming stack length by changing washer.

3. This machine has five oil cylinders which work individually to expend inner coil, wrap outer coil and form hang over.

4. After forming, there is no copper wire enamel broken or wire snap,and coil OD and ID is close to the final forming dimension.

5. Both slot paper and wedge should not be damaged or turned over. The stator should not be deformation or stator lamination should not be upward.There is no wire enamel broken.

6. Production capacity ≤15s/set (exclude loading/unloading time)

7. Primary qualification rate ≥98.5%, after rework, the rate ≥99.5%

8. This machine adopts safety grating protection system. Operator needs to stand when operating.

9. Machine adopts two hands simultaneously start button to ensure safety.
