Hydraulic Iron Worker With More Than 20 Years History
Combined Punching and Shearing Machine with hydraulic system combines punching,
Shearing, plate bending, angle cutting, section cutting and notching functions together.
By changing or fitting different moulds or dies, various functions can be achieved.
1. Shearing
A. Round & square bar shearing: There are multiple holes for a variety of sizes.
Adjustable hold down device is convenient for shearing various sizes of round and square bar,
Channel, joist etc.
B. Flat bar shearing: With accurate cutting because of easily adjustable hold down device
And good visibility operator, Large 15'' squaring arm with inlaid scale as standard equipment.
C. Angle iron shearing: The angle iron shear has the ability to cut angle iron at 45 degrees & 90 degrees with diamond shaped blade.
D. Optional moulds for T-bar, joist, channel.
2. Punching
A. Large viewing window on stripper.
B. Swing-away design for easy operation.
C. Large two pieces gauging table with rulers and stop as standard equipment.
D. Quick change coupling nut and sleeve for rapid replacement or change.
E. Bending device is optional (for bending below 500mm length metal plate)
3. Notching
A. Unique design allows for unsurpassed cutting of angle and flat bar.
B. With electrically interlocked safety device for safe operating.
C. With ventilated device for good visibility
D. With 3 measuring-stops for precise positioning
4. Electronic backgauge device
A. With 3 supporting feet
