Hydraulic High Pressure Check Cartridge Poppet Valve

DESCRIPTION
Cartridge style, normally closed, single pilot check valve.
Cartridge is closed until sufficient pressure is applied on port 1 to reach the bias spring setting, lift the poppet and allow free flow to 2.
The valve is normally closed from 2 to 1.
When sufficent pressure is applied on port 3, the pilot piston lifts the poppet from its seat and allows flow from 2 to 1.
Very limited leakage in the check condition.


Technical Features
All external surfaces are zinc plated and corrosion-proof.
All valve parts are made of high strength steel. Poppet is hardened and ground to guarantee minimal wear and to extend service life.
Pilot piston is hardened and ground, sealed to prevent leakage.
Single-piece, high durometer, extrusion resistant seals.
Optional bias springs for back-pressure application flexibility.

Question 1: Did you accept products customization? Do they need mould fee?
Answer: Yes, we accept products customization. Need mould fee, because products usually need extra mould cost. 
But we can return the mould fee when order reach a specific quantity.
Question 2: Can we get free samples?
Answer: The sample expense and freight expense will be borne by the buyers, and will be returned in the following orders.
Question 3: How long is normal production period for a 20-foot shipping container?
Answer: Accoring to the current productive capacity, usually need 3-14 days from producing to delivery. (not including customized products)
Question 4: What is the type of payment?
Answer: Usually, you should prepay 50% of the total amount. The balance should be paid before delivery. (We'll send photos of product to you for checking before delivery)
