The surface installed linear guide is the basic surface of other assembly.   2.     Special robot clamping:  It is composed of a pneumatic rear seat, clamping and conductive mechanism, adjustable work piece bracket, pneumatic clamp.   3.     Lathe body  Base adopts precision removing stress lathe body; positioner is installed on guide rail right side; pneumatic tailstock on the left. Pneumatic Tailstock is adjustable along the guide rail; its distance is variable, to meet the welding requirements of different varieties. Pneumatic Tailstock can be fastened after adjusting. The power head and the Pneumatic Tailstock are guided by rails; ensure the concentric of tail seat and back. Adjustable work piece bracket on the middle is supported by universal ball bearing.   4.     Tooling Bedside chuck installed with L type positioning clamping, to position work piece ensures the rotation center with main shaft. The tailstock is provided with a pneumatic positioning pin to position the hole of cylinder end face; Tailstock propping disk positioning work piece central hole; propping disk upper opened a gap, to allow the positioning pin tooling go through. After positioning, the positioning pin goes back; the work piece propping disk rotates while welding.       5.     Adjustable center bracket Fine tuning mechanism consists of a bevel gear and a screw rod and a guiding mechanism, can fine tune the supporting diameter   6.     gas path system  Pneumatic components and cylinder is made of Taiwan AIRTAC   a.     The device's compressed air input source requirements: 0.4 ~ 0.6M   b.     Air source treatment oil mist three conjoined with lubricating oil into the cylinder, when working, it should  add viscosity  2.5 ~ 7E oil, and regularly check the oil storage capacity, so as to reach the normal lubrication   c.      Method for adjusting cylinder speed: cylinder air input and output adopts limiting speed joint with exhaust throttling.   7.     The system controller and the operation box     Besides the robot control cabinet and operating disc, there is a controller operation box used for action program control and detection of the whole equipment.   a.     The system controller uses Japanese PLC as the main control unit (reservation interface), is used to control the pneumatic clamping etc.   b.     Program control automatic elimination of stress     Parameters
