Crimping Machine
Crimping machine is used for curving the corrugated steel sheet which fabricated already by steel roll forming machine. The radius of curving sheet is adjustable.

1) Material thickness: 0.4-0.6mm color steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet.
2) Main motor power: 2.2kw (Depend on final design)
3) Hydraulic station power: 5.5kw (Depend on final design)
4) Crimping length: Min. 25 mm
5) Crimping times: About 12times /minute
6) Feeding Table: About 1500mm
7) Bending: By hydraulic
8) Control: PLC control
9) Curving roller material: Cr12 mould steel.
