  Structural characteristics: The machine mainly consists of fuselage, transmission, pressure board, clamp, sliding bracket, guide rail, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. (1) The fuselage section: use profile welding, good stiffness, simple and reasonable structure, strong stability. (2) Transmission section: by the motor, reducer, coupling, transmission shaft, sprocket and chain, ensure the workpiece run smoothly, and with a reverse self-locking function. (3) pressure board section: consists of cylinder, pressure plate and the sliding frame, ensure that the workpiece surface is flat and level. (4) clamp sets of parts: consists of hydraulic motor, clamp sets, and cylinder of the hydraulic pressure station, when the card set of alignment jig head driven by cylinder rotation card sets of liquid (motor drive) into the jig card head to rotate the fixture screw, driven by wire mother clamp pressure on artifacts. (5) clamp section: consist of bracket, screw, wire mother and push plate, screw drives the wire mother plate movement. (6) Slide bracket: it carries platen and card head moving on the rail.
