DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  Adopt resistance seam welding of sink bowl to steel sheet Adopt Japan Mitsubishi Servo Motor and PLC . CNC system. Adopt medium frequency inverter power source of welding and large flat platform of locating pattern. Use the servo motor to drive axle X (locating mould) and axle Y (welding electrode) to operate under the preset procedure of PLC data The welding electrode moves from top to bottom along the axle Z direction and be able to conduct 360° of rotation under the control of servo motor so it is suitable for welding different angles of products. Compared to common manual sink seam welding machine,this kind of CNC Sink Automatic Welding Machine can weld the sink with max length more than 2.5meter or 3meter,even more,the sink drainer board’s length is unlimited CNC intelligent control,strong welding quality,well welding consistency,good sink appearance; Automatic data sampling, automatic calibration function, using sampled data feedback, automatic determination to shape of sink and bowl’s welding track. Different shape,different size of bowl,welding arm and electrode can do the data collection and location automatically, feedback to the CNC controlling system and then CNC system sends the instruction to the welding arm and electrode,go on welding the sink in large quantity according to the shape and size of the basin. Flat platform type lower welding electrode make sure the welding track on the surface much smaller, greatly saving the follow-up grinding and polishing processing time and cost, the more important point,it can avoid the conductive uneven phenomenon caused by rotating bearing bush rotation The design service life : more than 15 years.

Spot Welding process Before seam welding , you have to use spot welding machine to weld and locate sink bowl to sink panel . No need of spot welding .Only loading the sink bowl and sink panel to the model.
Skilled People It requires skilled people to operate the machine Anyone can operate . After loading the sink panel and sink bowl , press start button and the machine will work and weld according to the preset program.
Labor cost

One person can weld small size sink.

If large size sink, Two or three people are needed to do welding.

One person can operate 3 sets of this machine simultaneously . Save labor cost.
Efficiency Double time or more is needed. It depends on the skilled worker High efficiency .Generally ,welding double bowl sink costs 1 min and 30 sec.
Capacity It is not suitable to weld very large size sink. If welding large size sink , the machine should have a very long welding arm , large size and large power. Then the cost of machine would be pretty high. We will design the large platform according to your sink . It can easily weld single bowl ,double bowl or Triple bowl sink and more.
