So we could get a better price than you can get directly from factories provided we are talking about same quality. ---- Secondly, We take the responsibility of supervising the prouduction in process, we will traval to the factory during and after production. This will save your cost and time of flighing to China to take care of the production by your own. ---- Thirdly, price is not the only factor of competitiveness, quality, service and understanding do matter a lot more. 3) What is your payment condition? ----For order value below USD3000(incl), complete payment should be made when confirming the order. For order value above USD3000, 50% down payment should be made by T/T when confirming the order, balance should be paid off when the goods are ready to ship. 4) What's your lead time? ---- For metal cutting tools, the production will take about 60 days from material preparation to the finished products. However, it will vary according to our factory's production schedule and orders in process. 5) What about Quality/Quantity Discrepancy? ---- In case of Quality discrepancy, the Buyer should write to us within 40 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. While for quantity, the Buyer should let us know within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. We will negotiate with the factory on behalf of the Buyer to solve the issue. It is mutually understood that we shall not be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods arising due to cause for which the Insurance Company, Shipping Company and other transportation organization or Post Office are liable.
