3\It adopts waveform boiler inner-pot and threaded flue tube structure, thus not only increasing the intensity, but also meeting the demand of the thermal expansion of different parts.

4\It adopts automatic submerged arc welding for the main butt welded seams, and automatic tube plate welding for flue tube, so as to ensure the welding quality.

5\It has big water cubage and gas room in the boiler and strong adaptability to load. The reasonably designed devices inside the boiler guarantee low water-containing rate of steam and meet the relatively high requirement of users for steam quality.

6\It adopts novel heat insulating material which is light in weight and has small heat loss and good insulating performance.

7\Water level alarm adopts stainless steel as the electronic rod, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the insulating material. The water level alarm is inserted from the top, can not be easily polluted, and has reliable performance and long service life.

8\The front flue box and the back flue box are connected by a hinge, thus being easy to open and convenient and fast for check and maintenance.

9\Oxygen content adjusting (matching): The system can successfully detect the oxygen content in the flue gas and transmit the data to the control system in real time, and automatically adjust the ratio of the combustion equipment according to the computer intelligent analysis, so as to enable it in an optimized working condition in real time and greatly increase the combustion efficiency thus significantly reducing the fuel consumption.
