It is located in Caoqiao town, Wujin district of Changzhou City that is called a land flowing with milk and honey of Southern Yangtze. It is beside of Taihu Lake and called golden triangle as it abuts upon Yixing to the south, Wuxi to the east and Changzhou to the north. At present, there are 75 personnel including 4 engineers, 16 managers and 5 technicians.
