WORKING PRINCIPLE

Impact crusher crushes materials by striking energy. When it works, the motor drives the rotor rotating at a high speed, on which the blow bar is installed. As soon as the materials get into the affecting area of the blow bar, they will be stroke by the blow bar and be thrown to the impact devices around the rotor. The high speed forces the materials to rebound from the impact liner to the area where the blow bar effects until they have been crushed to the required size. The clearance between the impact racks and the rotor can be adjusted to change the size and shape of the end products.

    What is your processing capacity per day ?

A: The single weight that can be casted at one time is 10 metric tons. The capacity is 35 tons per working day.

3. Q: What information do we need to provide to you in order to confirm our parts order?

A: We work with technical drawings for any non-standard products. If the order is for standard parts,

     you only have to provide us with the part number so we may define the parts of the order.

4. Q: If your product has inferior quality or quality problem after we use them what happens next?

A: First of all, you have to provide us photos of the problem part and also provide photos of the machine,

    so we can see how the part was installed and gather other necessary information to define the root 

    cause of the problem.
