The specialized production is widely used in producing food, dairy products, jams, fruit juice, coffee, medicine and chemical products. These evaporators include multi-effect falling film evaporator, multi-effect rising film evaporator, multi-effect forced circulation evaporator, scraper thin-film concentrator, jacket heating concentrator with agitator, complete set machinery of beverage, bio-fermentation, fine chemical and other auxiliary equipments such as CIP cleaning system series, automatic controlling systems and etc. The products are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with national standards, ministry of chemical industry standards and industrial standards and other standards. The products are also meeting with food, pharmaceutical and health standards. There are already more than 400 evaporators from our factory used throughout the country, also many equipment are used overseas.
Our factory configurated various equipment according to actual manufacture requirements. Now we have 5 set AC welding machine, 45 sets direct-current arc welder, 2 sets large-scale veneer reeling machine, 1 set plate-cutting machine, 1 set bending machine, 3 sets atmosphere cut equipment, 8 sets plasma cutting machine, 4 sets 5T crane trolley, 8 sets hoist, 3 sets 1.6T~2.2T hydraulic pressure handcart, all kinds of tools needed in the manufacture are prepared. With the leading manufacture technology, good equipment quality, perfect after-sale service, we win good reputation in the customers.
