1. Working principle

The Ploughshare Coulter Mixer is comprised of horizontal cylinder-shaped trough, single shafts

With plough shear agitators, high speed choppers, top cover with opening(s), support frame and

Transmission unit. The plough shear agitators rotate to drive materials move radilly; High speed

Choppers scatter the materials; So materials are mixed well by rotation of plough shear agitators

And high speed choppers.

2. Performance & features

2.01 construction material: Stainless steel 304 / 316L or mild steel (special materials available);

2.02 surface treatment: Paint for mild steel, polish or sandblasting for stainless steel;

2.03 agitator type: Single shaft with plough agitators and high speed choppers;

2.04 mixing time: 5-30 minutes per batch (but it depends on different materials);

2.05 working model: Batch mixing and batch discharge (continuous mixing is optional);

2.06 speed reducer: Cycloid reducer ( gear-box reducer is available);

2.07 rotation speed: Fixed speed 12-80pm (variable speed is available);

2.08 sealing for main shaft: (Teflon) stuffing seal or air purge seal (mechanical seal available)

2.09 openings: Feeding inlet*1, manhole*1, inspection door*2 (openings can be customized)

2, 10 discharge type: Pneumatic or manual flap discharge valve (valves can be customized)

2.11 normal pressure and temperature (to be negotiated if pressure or tempereture control)

2.12 first start mixer and then load materials (to be negotiated if require starting with loading);

2.13 normal motor and normal electronic control cabinet (CE and explosion-proof available);

2.14 other customized features like sprayer, sampler, light-glass, heater, liquid coupler etc.;
