Matting agent has a great influence on the performance of semi-functional Nylon 6 Yarn: particle size, particle size distribution, purity, dispersibility, whiteness, etc. The particle size of the matting agent is generally 0.15-0.35 microns. If the particle size is too large, it will not only affect the ability of TIO2 to scatter short-wave light, reduce the extinction effect, but also easily block the spinneret and increase the spinning end ratio.
