INTRODUCE This kind machine is flexographic printing machine. This YTC series machine is middle-high speed printing machine. It is using helical gears as machine driving system, and with several high-tech configurations, it is suitable for high precision, high quality printing, to print materials like paper, plastic film, foil, non-woven fabric, etc. The material printed by this machine is high quality, suitable for making labels, etc.   CHRACTERISTIC 1. Adopting all ceramic anilox rolls with 500LPI. High dots presentation rate under high speed,clear and vvid stratification of screen printing; strong stereo effect and accurate registering. 2. Applying automatic circling system in ink station, controlling by one single motor with electrical magnetic clutch. 3. The inverter made in Japan,steady in running, brand Panasonic 4. Unwinding unit with auto web guiding by top grade photocell controlling system. 5. Auto tension system in unwind and rewind stations 6. Special design on the doctor blade,working with auto absorbing ink pump. 7. Auto hydraulic pressure system in cylinder lifting. 8. Applying special design on the rollers, plating 0.1mm chrome-plate as protection in order to keep the rate less then 0.02mm. 9. Aluminum rollers adopt the Japan semi-sealing small bearing, flinty oxidation, static and dynamic balance treatment are conducted, small resistance and move. 10. With the air exhaust, blowing and heating devices; the heating system adopts the central thermostatic control system and group management, cold air blowing unit together. 11.
