MAIN CHARECTERISTICS:

Double side coating and laminating machine is a very advanced machine at present which can be finished the double side coating and laminating technology in one time. It is adopted structure of double screw, double material blow head and double composite rolls.

Using Polyethylene and Polypropylene as raw material. Finishing the laminating of double side with the circular plastic woven fabric in a whole production process after extruding. With two sets of double BOPP color film unwinding device, particularly applicable to laminate the plastic woven bags and BOPP color film into single or double side laminated woven bags. As finishing the double side laminating in one time, this equipment can improve efficiency, reduce the costs and save labors. This machine can be widely used in rice bags, fertilizer bags and feed bags. And it's using high quality mirror finishing technology, so the appearance is very attractive.
