    Model BJ-400P Medium-speed Automatic Paper Plate Forming Machine was developed and researched in order to meet the market requirement. It has integrated the pneumatic and the mechanic technologies, which makes it has the functions of faster working speed, higher safety-performance, safer operation and easier maintenance than the conventional one

    Standard BJ-400P Paper plate machine has two working stations, each station install one set of mold and each station has separately PLC digital control and electric control.

     It is widely applied to make paper plate (or aluminum foil laminated paper plate) in round (rectangle, square, circular, or irregular) shape. Machine speed changes against the material (paper) thickness and the plate size.

 as usual , 25 days will be shippment after received the deposits

5.Guarantee

      one year; during this period ,in case of any parts damaged by machineself, the seller will repair/replace/send the spare parts for free. after one year,the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost. Pls note , the courier costs should be cover by customer.

 

6.  installation and test running of machine

     we will send our technician to install and test run the machine and train operation ,according to customer's requirements. all expense abroad including getting visa,2-way air tickets,food .hotel.local traffic ,translator, salary etc should be covered by buyer.
