High Security 358 Clear View Fencing

358 High security fence, Prison Fence or 358 Mesh Fencing as it is also known, is a highly robust steel Mesh Fencing system. It consists of horizontal and vertical mesh wires which are positioned close together to prevent people from fitting their fingers through the apertures, to ultimately climb the fencing.

1. Mesh pattern: 76.2mm (3") × 12.7mm (0.5") resistance welded well at each intersection

2. Wire diameter: 4mm horizontal wire and vertical Wire.

3. Weld strength: range 540-690 N/m²

4. Surface treatment: 358 wire mesh fence panels made from galfan wire, then PVC powder coating (Min. 100 micron), or PVC powder painting. It provides additional protection and increases the potential life span.

5. Colors: Green RAL 6005, or Black RAL 9005.

6. Installation: Overlapped 75mm minimum at each fence post for securing with slotted clamp bars and M8 diameter bolts.

7. Fence post: Square post: 60X60mm/ 80X80mm, IPE post, C post

• Material: high grade steel for maximum strength and rigidity.
• Post section: 60×60mm, 80×80mm, 100×100mm or 120×120mm.
• Post Plate thickness: 2.5/3.0/4.0/5.0mm.
• Finish: inside and outside galvanized (Min. 275 g/m2), subsequently covered with a polymer powder (Min. 60 micron ).
• Colors: Green RAL 6005, or Black RAL 9005.
• Post cap: metal caps or plastic cap.
• Metal clips and clamps are hot dip galvanised then powder coating in green or black color.

8. Packing: Water-proof paper or shrinked pvc films, or pallet.

Anti-climb: more small openings, no toe or finger holds

Anti-cut: robust wire and welded joints make cutting very difficult

Bettter Visibility: flat, two-dimensional profile, easier to see through than chain link.
