  Product Introduction The mineral slag dryer or mineral drying machine is a rotary type dryer, mainly consists of a rotary cylinder, a draught fan, a high-speed dispersing equipment, a lifting plate, a self-cleaning device, a driving device, a conveying device, a hot wind device, a reducer, a supporting device, and a sealing device. The mineral slag is delivered to a hopper through a belt conveyer or a bucket elevator, and then enters the feeding end through the feeding pipeline from the feeding machine of the hopper.   2. The inclination of the feeding pipeline is more than the natural dip angle so that the materials can smoothly flow into the drying machine.   3. The cylinder of the drying machine is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal line. The materials are added from a higher end, the heat carrier enters from the lower end to form a reverse contact with materials; the heat carrier and the materials also can enter the cylinder together.   4. Along with the rotation of the cylinder, the materials are operated to the lower end by the gravity action. The wet materials are directly or indirectly heated by the heat carrier in the course of moving forwards in the cylinder, thus the wet materials can be dried; and then the materials at the discharge end are delivered through a belt machine or a spiral conveyer.   5. A shoveling plate is installed on the inner wall of the cylinder for shoveling the materials and then spreading, thus the contact surface between the materials and the air flow is increased so as to improve the drying speed rate and accelerate the material forward. 6. Generally, the heat carrier is hot air, flue gases, etc. After drying the heat carrier, it needs to catch the materials in the gas by a cyclone dust collector generally. For further reducing the content of tail gas, the tail gas can be discharged through a bag-type dust collector or a wet dust collector. Advantages of mineral slag dryer The device makes technical innovations in many aspects on the lifting device; especially, the agriculture-supporting novel multi-combined lifting device overcomes the “air hole” of the traditional dryer, the heat efficiency is high, and the coal consumption is reduced by about 20%. The transmission of big and small gear adopts a pin pillar replaceable gear; thereby it replaces the traditional steel casting gear, saves cost investment, and largely reduces the repair cost and time.
