Although these two systems perform similar functions, they are different in the way they perform and the way they are incorporated into fenestration products.

The Thermal Bar uses a mechanical bond process, which consists of knurling the thermal cavities of two or more extrusions, in order to insert and tightly crimp a poly-amide strip to form the thermal barrier.

Pour and De-bridge serves the same purpose as Thermal Bar. The process consists of pouring liquid polyurethane into an extruded cavity and milling the extrusion on the opposite side once the polyurethane has solidified to create the thermal break.
