Raymond pulverizer is a new product by our company engineers on the basis of many years' research and development experience, the practical situation of the customers, and the needs of mill industry. The pressure is increased by the spring, the shrouded tube, inlet air volute, grinding ring and bearing pedestal are installed on the engine base. The motor drives the grinding roller to spine with the plow. The spring is installed on the roller device. And the spring is equipped with the spring hold-down plate, it is connected with the rolling hanger through the screw. Raymond pulverizer machine is suitable for grinding the non flammable and explosive granular brittle materials.   Product Structure
The whole system of raymond pulverizer consists of main main engine, air classifier, air blower, dust remover. We can increase the supporting facility such as jaw composition, elevator, elector magnetism vibration feeding engine, electrically controlled system.
In the main engines of the raymond pulverizer, the roller is hanging on the roll through the crossarm axis. Roll hanging bract and main axle and relieving too post permant connection, the pressure spring presses on the end surface in outside the roll bearing room bracket. When the electrical machine impetus main axle rotating through the transmission device,the shovel installing on the relieving tool and roll revolves at the same time. Electric transmission device impetus air classifier revolving through transmission device, the higher speed of the impeller rotational, the thinner of the separating powder.   Working Principle
The raymond pulverizer has the same working principle as Raymond Mill, but its grinding fitting is furnished with 1000 - 1500 kg pressure spring. When the machine works, the grinding roller, under the action of high pressure spring and centrifugal force, rollers close up to grinding ring, its rolling pressure ratio is 1.2 times of Raymond mill given an identical condition, and its output may increase 10% to 20%; After the material entering the grinding chamber, they are grinded between grinding rollers and grinding ring. Then the powder enters into split-phase motor by the fan blower. The eligible power becomes the final products by the cyclone powder collection devices and the unqualified powder is grinded again. Circulated air repeats the same process in the fan blower. The left air goes into the dust collector for cleaning.          
Please note that when the grinding roller and grinding ring reach a certain degree of abrasion, please adjust the length of high-pressure spring to keep the constant grinding pressure between grinding roller and grinding ring, so as
to ensure a stable output and fineness.
