  Product Introduction The zinc furnace is composed of three parts: smelting chamber, fuel gas preheating chamber and minerals preheating chamber. The key technology lies in the design that a herringbone roof is installed in the lower part of smelting chamber below which there is a main combustion chamber with a square cavity and above which there are several melting chambers. The external wall of each melting chamber and furnace wall form an auxiliary combustion zone. In each melting chamber, the bottom parts of two side walls are equipped with slag discharge pipes while the top center is equipped with a zinc steam collection pipe connected with the condenser. A waste gas outlet is installed in the lower part of the partition between the smelting chamber and fuel gas preheating chamber, a waste gas inlet is installed in the upper part of the partition between the fuel gas preheating chamber and minerals preheating chamber, and the waste gas discharge is installed in the lower part of the external side wall of the minerals preheating chamber to form a discharge channel for the waste gas with residual heat and provide preheating to the fuel gas, auxiliary gas and minerals     Culture Honesty Pragmatic and Fighting Innovation Honesty pragmatic and fighting innovation is our basic value.
