When the current exceeds its limit, the overload relay functions automatically to protect oscillation tubes and rectifier. Frequency deviation caused by misoperation is also prevented
4. Easy tuning and special protection circuit
Canvas Welding Machine has selectable output power ensured a stable quality of the products for it could reduce the heating time when joining is being carried out.
5. Easily adjustable tuner
Output power can be adjusted at the tuner according to electrode size and material thickness. In addition, other control devices and special electrical circuits have cut down required welding time considerably to raise the machine productivity.
6. Adjustment for the distance on the machine head
Adjust the distance on the Canvas Welding Machine head if practical as the mould's size and height are different. Save working load while processing accuracy can reach to 98%.

Applications:
1. Normally, for 5kw machine, it can weld 700mm. For 8kw machine, it can weld 1000mm, and for 12kw machine, it can weld 1, 300mm. So different requirements decide the different output power.
2. There is cavity designed specially for putting material conveniently.
3. Special grounding device makes the machine more stable.
4. It adopts coaxial output tuner which makes the output powerful. Meanwhile, it adopts 5557 sparking device to protect mold well. The welding time can be adjusted according to different material and thickness.
