3D series motor-driven triplex reciprocating pumps designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T9234-2008 as well as API 674
Pump set includes reciprocating pump, motor, coupling, reducer, base, inverter control device and others

Design data:

There are 13 frame series
Capacity: 0.15 - 320m3/h
Max discharge pressure: 65MPa (140MPa for special design)
Max motor power: 1600kW
Medium viscosity: ≤850Cp
Temperature: ≤80°C for conventional pump (medium viscosity of 6000Cp and temperature -100 - 400°C for special design)

Applications:

Widely used for descaling in steelworks and used as power pump for hydropress and mould press, oilfield water injection pump, oil delivery pump, hydrogenation feed pump, refining and chemical water injection pump, carbamate pump, ammonia pump, high-pressure flushing pump and others to transfer corrosive or non-corrosive fluids like solution, colloid, suspension liquid, liquefied gas and others
