Production process:
The first, saw the workblank by sawing machine, after that, make the surface by milling machine, then make holes and grooves by Brother brand 4-axle CNC machine, then make deep groove by milling machine.
The second, finish machining for surface by grinding machine. Finish machining for all holes, groove and step by CNC machine.
The last, clean the product by manual ultrasonic cleaning machine or automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine, and then check all sizes.
The highest tolerance for metal parts will be in ± 0.005mm.
The highest tolerance for plastic Parts will be in ± 0.01mm.
Besides, If you need sample, please kindly provide your drawings to us. We will offer sample testing report for your confirmation before we send the sample. The report will write all actual size according to your drawing, so you could check the size, if the actual size doesn't within your tolerance, we will re-make sample. Only getting your agreement, we will send sample to you! So that, you will never worry about receiving bad sample, because you can control the quality!
