Description:

TSG series movable lifting feeder is mainly used for transporting, lifting and feeding powder, granule, etc solid material in pharmaceutical, chemical enterprises. If it is matched with mixer, granulator, tablet press, coating machine, capsule filling machine and so on, the pollution of powder can be prevented and the labor intensity can be reduced too.

TSG-A lifting feeder consists of two parts, elevator and carrier. The elevator consists of rack, hydraulic lifting system and the hopper turnover mechanism. When work, snap-fit the hopper and barrel of elevator, and then push and move it to nearby position which needs, starts the lifting operating lever, lift the barrel to needed height, and then starts the turnover operating lever of barrel, after the barrel is turned over 180 angle, push and move the carrier to the needed position, at last open discharging butterfly valve, in this way the material will be fed into the process equipment.
