Advanced motor drive technology

  • Support the three-phase AC asynchronous motor, three-phase AC synchronous motor vector control.

Superior performance of torque & speed control

  • Speed control accuracy is ±1rpm at 100% torque .Sensor-less vector control, the torque response <20ms. Sensor vector control, the torque response <5ms.
  • Apply to more than 10,000 rpm high-speed CNC spindle.
  • Deceleration to stop, superior performance, fast and accurate stop of 0.1 seconds.
  • For precision grinding machines, synchronous operation, the calibrating oil pumps and other loads.

High starting torque characteristics

  • HV510 inverter, at 0.5Hz providing 150% starting torque(sensor-less vector control). At 0Hz it can provide 180% of the zero speed torque (sensor vector control)
  • Apply to the occasions of high resistance to start, rapid acceleration and deceleration, cranes, mud mixer, planer, injection molding machines, extrusion machines and other loads.

Powerful Function

Protect mechanical torque limit

  • HV510 inverter supplies torque limit, when torque is more than mechanically able to withstand, the maximum torque, the inverter can limit it less than the maximum torque set to play a maximum mechanical efficiency, better to protect equipment safety.
  • The reliable limit of torque (torque limit value of 150%).
  • Apply to cranes, extruders and other loads.

Instantaneous stop non-stop

  • This feature would be there only, when instantaneous power failure, the inverter will not shut down. In the instantaneous power failure or voltage suddenly reduced, the drive reduces output speed by load feedback energy to supplement the reduced voltage to maintainthe inverter continuing to run within a short period of time.
  • Apply to chemical fiber, textile and other loads

Fast current limit function

  • Fast current limit function can avoid inverter's frequent over-current alarm. When the current exceeds the current protection point, with a fast current limit function,the current can be quickly limited within the current protection point to protect the safety of the equipment, to avoid the over-current alarm caused by sudden added load or interference.

Motor overheat protection

  • Selection of I/O expansion card, analog input AI3 can accept motor temperature sensor input (PT100, PT1000). When the electric motor temperature exceeds the alarm value, the inverter output pulse signal warns overheating, when the motor temperature exceeds the thermal protection value, inverter fault output to properly protect the motor.

Rich and flexible I/O accesses

  • Standard AI1-AI3 three-way analog input, special for servo of injection molding machine.
  • AI1-AI3 can set four points of the curve, the use is more flexible.
  • Standard DI1-DI6 six-way digital input, one way in which is high-speed input.
  • AI1-AI3 can be used as DI.
  • Standard DO1, FM two-way digital output, one way in which is high-speed pulse output.
  • The standard TA1/TB1/TC1 one-way relay output.
  • Standard AO1, AO2 two-way analog output.
  • Optional multi-function card provides up to 10-way IO expansion.
  • To tie DN5PLC1 programmable controller card can achieve lift all-in-one machine function.

  • Speed tracking algorithm of our own patented technology.
  • Fast and smooth, zero-impact track motor free rotation speed, apply to high inertia centrifuge, draught fan , electric vehicles and other occasions.
