Shredder
Specially designed for used tyres recycling, low speed, high torgue operation miniminze the noise and power consumption whilst high throughput rates. The shredder blades are made from high quality D2 steel and heat treated by Bodycote for optimal shredding and recycling performance. All the recycling equipment-shredder blades thickness ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on the types of tyres, output, final product.The Shredder can process OTR tires, big truck tires,passenger car tyres at a rate of 2t-40t in one hour.

Whole Waste Tire → shredded into rubber chips by Tire Shredder Machine → screened by Disc Classifier→ expected sized rubber chips → rubber chips send to RASPER Machine to be cut into rubber mulches with steel separated by Magnet Machine→ Rubber mulch sent to Granulator Machine to be grind into scrap rubber granule (1-6 mm)→Rubber granule(crumb) sent to Miller to be grand into powder(30-120mesh)
Rasper Spark Raper can cut the rubber chips into 10-30mm mulches, meanwhile, the magnetic is designed to remove the steels, the end product will be steel free rubber mulches. And the replaceable blades makes it efficiency to replace the blades in a low cost. Granulator

The Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine as 1mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. Due to the design of the Granulator and precise alignment of the blades, the Granulator produces a very uniform cut and high quality granule. During the granulation process, 99% of the fiber is removed, leaving a contaminant free crumb rubber granulate ready to be further processed or sold.
Miller

The Spark's miller is designed to produce rubber powder from 500kgs to 5tons an hour in capacity and the powder size can be as fine as 120mesh which is determined by adjustable centrifugal screen. Its features are convenient operation and high speed grinding tray which makes a continuous operation.

On-site Inspection This Tire Recycling Line is made for Italian customer,  the shredder in this line can shred tires(diameter 1600mm)into 50-150mm rubber chips.
