3, Introductions of main components and structure 3.1 This machine is mainly used for cutting the sheet of thickness 12mm and width not more than 6000mm,if need to shear sheets with more large intensity , the maximum thickness of the sheet should be correspondingly reduced. 3.2 This machine adopts advanced hydraulic system with good reliability. The integration block has the directly drive type safe relief valve to ensure the accurate pressure adjustment. To guarantee the oil pump safety, the tube type single direction valve is adopted to the pump head to avoid the oil pressure collision to the pump. 3.3 As to rectangular blade, four blades are available with long service life. Shearing angle is adjustable to reduce the distortion of the metal sheet. The cutting length could be adjusted by the timing relay, saving much time and adding strokes to improve the production efficiency. 3.4 The rotable worktable and the front support device could make the feeding more convenient and avoid the scratch of the sheet. 3.5 The material pressing device adopts the whole return circuit and the independent paralleling press cylinders with the rubber cushions, when the sheet is not flat, this device could press to level the sheet, and the power could be automaticly adjusted. 3.6 The back gauge adopts the intelligent digital display device, shearing quantity is automatic counted, and the distance of the back gauge can be arbitrarily set according to user's requirements. 4, Details pictures
