 FILTER BAG FUNCTION

When the dust gas through the filter bag. The dust will be block on the filter bag surface. The clean gas will pass away. So we can say that,The filter bag is the core of the dust filter. Or, you can consider it as the lung in our body.

FILTER BAG REQUIRED STRICT SEWING TECHNOLOGY

The filter bag has the strict requirements on design, filter material cutting, woven technology etc. These requirements are very important for the filtration operation, maintenance and even the service life of the bag filter.

The diameter of the filter bag should around 115 mm diameter to 200mm diameter.  The filter bag length should 2000 - 9000mm, the specifications of the commonly used filter bag is 125 - 170 mm diameter,  2000 ~ 6000mm length.
