  Wheat Floor Milling Process:  

Cleaning part:	Beat: to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed.
	Screening: to remove large and small impurities in the wheat seed by sending the wheat go through vibrating sieve and aspiration sieve.
	Destoner: to remove stone in the wheat to protect the roller on the milling process.
	Magnetic separator: remove metal material in the wheat to keep the roller safe and also avoid flour exploration accident of spark caused by the impact of the mental impurities and the machine.
	Dampening: to ensure the bran's integrity during the milling processing
Flour milling part:	Mill: to break the integrity by the roller moving
	Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.
Packing part:	The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one

Simple Introduction OF Flour Mill Plant
1. We have different capacity maize flour milling plant, wheat flour milling line, we can according to the customer need, equip the different capacity flour milling line.
2. The flour mill plant has three parts: the cleaning part, milling part, packing part. The cleaning part mainly used for cleaning the impurity, such as stone, dust, magnetic materials, etc.
3. The milling part mainly consist two machine:(1)maize flour milling machine, it mainly used for griding the maize, wheat.(2)sifter: used for separate the flour, bran and other by-product, also separate large size and small size, to ensure get high quality flour, also improved the rate of maize flour.
