Whole line layout

1.High-accuracy Automatic Slitting Cut To Length Machine De-coiler Function:de-coil the coil material and make the material go into the next machine;The decoiler is expandable which can make the coil I.D from φ508 to 550mm possible. It is expand and shrink manually and 7.5KW motor drive the decoiler running to make feeding the coils conveniently.To make the decoiler stand stably and safely, it is equipped with the simple supporting stand.

2.High-accuracy Automatic Slitting Cut To Length Machine slitting machineDrive system consists of drive stand, decelerator, 30KW frequency conversion ,control motor, the gear distribution box, coupler,connection shafts and cover.Main section is made up of base, fixed brackets,large slide block, 2 blade pivot(Φ180mm), movable brackets, slide block, the adjustment device of front and back of the brackets and the lifting device of blade pivot, supporting blades, isolating cover and rubber ring, etc.The main section adopts manually move out the brackets which is very convenient to change the blades.
