This bearing is desirable for bridges. Pot bearing is economical due to simpleconstruction method and it is structurally more compact, light, and lower in construction height and long service life. The main part of bearing are sliding plate,alloy steel sliding surface, bearing pot, PTFE disc, pot cover, vulcanized-inpressure seal, elastomeric pad and seal against moisture.
The bearing is classified as three types: sliding guided type, free sliding bearing and fixed type. Dimensions and weights for deviating permissible concrete pressures and unusual load conditions will be calculated on request. Depending on the area of applicationand country requirements pot bearings can be supplied in accordance with various standards, e.g. DIN 4141, BS5400, AASHTO, JT391, etc .

Plate Type Rubber Bridge BearingDivided into the following according to bearing material and applicable temperature:
(a) Normal temperature Plate Type Rubber Bridge Bearing: It should be made of chloroprene rubber (CR), applicable temperature -25ºC~60ºC. Natural rubber cannot replace chloroprene rubber, and natural rubber cannot be mixed in chloroprene rubber.
(b) Cold-resistant Plate Type Rubber Bridge Bearing: It should be made of natural rubber (NR), applicable temperature -40ºC~60ºC.
