Product description

The engine lathe machine can undertake various turning works such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surface, conical surface and other revolution and end surface etc., and tuning all kinds of common threads: metric thread, inch thread, modulus thread and diameter pitch thread etc. The dimensional accuracy of parts and axles processed by the machine tools can reach IT6 standard.
Main features:
1. The ultrasonic frequency quenched guidways have a good wear-resistance.
2. All gears have been quenched, and ground by grinding machine.
3. Headstock, feedbox, apron are made of high quality cast iron which is dealt with resin sand foundry technology.
4. The spindle adopts two-supporting structure, and all gears in headstock have been quenched and precisely ground, so the spindle can run precisely in high speed.
5. The lathe machine is equipped with reliable safety device such as brake system, emergency power-off switch and overload protection system.
6. Most of the parts are processed by us with high precision, so the machine works in good performance.
