Standard:ISO&CE 1.INTRODUCTION: Dura-Shred's two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM,high torque shredding technology.Each shaft is driven by its own Siemens motor,giving it plenty of power todrive through tires and thick steel beads.The shredder blade thickness ranges fro 25mm to 152mm(1"-6") depending on the type of tires,throughput and desired end product.All of our blades are made from exotic steel and heat treated to an average 56-60 on the rockwell scale.The shredder machine can process pre-cut OTR tires,truck tires and car tires at a rate of up to 20 tons per hour. 2.PACKAGE : The equipment is packaged and secured to arrive at its destination without any damage or defect.It is necessary that the condition of the machine is checked and any abnormalities found must be reported to Dura-Shred 3.INTRODUCTION ON OUR EQUIPMENT PLANTS The Dura-Shreds Tire Recycling Plants are designed to process up to 2 tons of output per hour.Dura-Shreds system is proven turn whole scrap tires into high quality,uncontaminated crumb rubber.it is uniquely designed to allow the customer to adjust the equipment screens for precise sizing control and flexibility for output sizes.our crumb rubber systems also utilize a variety of conveying and separation technologies to minimize product losses,maximize efficiency,and maintain a clean operation environment. 4.THE FEATURES OF OUR SYSTEM : system capacity : 2 metric tons of output per hour of semi OTR,truck and car tires. 5.POTENTIAL BY PRODUTCS AND SIZES : 1.tire derived fuel chips (TDF)- 1"-6" nominal chip 2.rubber mulch - 10-30 mm mulch (after the grater,size controlled by screen inside grater) 3.rubber crumb- 1mm-6mm (after the granulators,size controlled by screen inside granulator) 4.rubber powder 30-120 mesh (after miller,size controlled by centrifugal screen) 5.steel 6.fiber 6.CRUMB RUBBER PURITY 1. 99% free of textile 2. 99.9% free of steel 3. 99.9% free of stones and other contaminants 7.STEEL PURITY 95%-97% contaminant free,more machinery will be needed for cleaner steel 8.MAINTENANCE Shredder Allow for 20 minutes for every 8 hours of run tiem-tighten bolts,lubricate and inspect. Tire recycling process 1. Double Shaft Shredder: shred the whole tires into rubber chips(50-100mm). 2. Disc Classifier: Seperate the over sized rubber chips back to she shredder. 3. Grater: Cut the rubber chips into rubber mulch(10-30mm) and seperate the steel wire from rubber mulch. 4. Granulator: Grind the rubber mulch from the grater into small granules(1-6mm). 5. Taper Slot Conveyor: Pick out the big size of rubber granules back to the granulator and required size of rubber granules to next step. Meanwhile remove tire fiber from rubber granules. 6. Fiber Removal System: Collect the tiny fiber from the rubber granules. 7. Rubber miller: Mill the rubber graunles into rubber powder(<30mesh). 8. Dust Removal System: Collect all the dust by blower. Rubber powder application: 1.Paving sport ground: Runway, school sporting field, garden path, bowling alley, pavement, recreation field, basketball field, etc. 2.Automobile industry: Train’s floor, disc silk ribbon for braking, soleplate of automobile and truck, shake sleeve, seal stripe, buffer, shock absorber, daily material for ocean shiping, tyres and inner unerlay of tyres, etc. 3.Architecture and equipment: Adhensive/sealant, floors of hospital, company, insulated rubber material, carpet cushion, grass cushion for family animal, extruded products, module products, coating, bricks, thin slice, water-proof material, etc. 4.Application of geotechnical/asphalt Drainage pipe, asphalt modified by rubber powder which can be used to construct highway and drivingway, filter, adjusting soil/coating layer for road surface, washing pipe with holes, runway for horse race, barrier for traffic or pavement, etc. 5.Regenerative rubber: Rubber products manufacturing. 6.Other application
