Hardness is an important indicator of mechanical properties of materials, and the hardness test is an important means of judging the quality of metal materials or parts. Because of the hardness and other mechanical properties of metals mutual correspondence, and therefore, most of the metallic material can be determined by measuring the hardness approximately and then calculate the other mechanical properties, such as strength, fatigue, creep and wear.

Electric Brinell hardness have a Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers three test methods, seven multi-functional hardness test force can meet variety needs of hardness testing. Test force loading, dwell and unloading adopt automatic switching mechanism. The test force converted by the rotation of the hand wheel.
