our GTT ceramics knife is applying \"tape casting\" method. Comparing to the main methods compating and injection, tape casting produces ceramic knife with many advantages. Knife surface avoids second process of polishing, so that the surface would not be damaged, keeping the best flexibility and jade look; tape casting will keep the inner molecule arrangement uniform, molecule is even in each part of knife, which enhanced the flexibility of the knife. Thus you will find GTT ceramics knife can bear higher drop test, and the surface looks very good. Besides, we can produce nonstandard shape knives for your unique usuage.

We use special method to insert blades into handle, which ensured no gap between blade and handle, leaves no germ. Special treatment on the handle so that it can be detected by security machine, it mostly meets security requirments of most countires.
