Grinding Ball Casting Line

A) The whole equipment contents:
1: Main engine(for squeeze molding)
2: Casting and moulding system
This system contents: Casting machine, gripping conveyer-yor, cooling belt, shake sieve, sand falling drum, etc.
3: Used sand recycle system
4: Dust extraction system
This system is worked for shake sieve, used sand recycle system and sand grinding system.
5: Sand grinding system.
This contents water supply, sand, red pulverized coal and porcellanite supply and sand container, etc.
6: Auxiliary Sections:
Air control system, central control room, the whole equipment, circuit control room, conveyer belt, non-standard pieces, etc
B) Vertical Non box casting line parameters:
1: Frequency production:
It will produce 100-180 cases per hour according to different sizes casting balls or bars. We decide the main engine moulding frequency as 100-200times/hour
2: Sand cases' width and height is 600*480mm, thickness will be 110-160mm according to different size casting goods.
3: Cases quantity: Normally it will be 70-110 pairs. We suggest 50-90 pairs for size dia 30mm and above, that is good for air venting.
4: The number of labors for this whole line: Only needs 7-8 employees.
5: Hourly output: Around 1-2 metric tons according to different size.
6: Constant temperature casting machine
1.5 tons volume. Max hourly output is 3.5t according to the casting parts size
7: Moulding sand testing: It mainly tests water, red pulverized coal and porcellanite contents, compaction, Methylene blue adsorbed, gas evolution.
8: Sand grinding mill will grinding maximum 36 tons per hour.
9: Sand falling throughput: 40 tons per hour.
10: Used sand recycling throughput: 40-70 tons per hour.
