Tundish coating is easy painting, no crack, erosion resistance and long service life and easy disassembly, compared with using the insulating board, can reduce non-metallic inclusion in the molten steel and improve the cleanliness of liquid steel, improve the performance of the steel, reduce cost and increase efficiency. ZBTG is a kind of tudish coating which is specially designed for the requirement of phosphorus content of stainless steel. Compared with ordinary tundish coating, it can prevent the phosphorus pollution in the middle packet.Tundish working layer of the past with insulating board building, the construction of large labor intensity and the flexibility of masonry is poor, and insulating board belongs to acidic materials, easy being corroded steel in use process, and the formation of inclusion will pollute the molten steel.Through the research in recent years, magnesium and magnesium calcium coatings have been developed, which can meet the process requirements of more than 8h.Both of these coatings are alkaline materials, which can absorb the inclusions in the steel water during the process of use to purify the molten steel.
